Gerry, I love it! I had a feeling I would when I knew it was Tom Peters, and I was right. These simple truths are gentle reminders of what all of our jobs are every day, whether we are leaders of attorneys, marketing departments, volunteer groups, families, whomever! Those that can rise and help motivate and inspire those they lead will find themselves surrounded by a willing, inspired, productive group who enjoy tasting at least a morsel of this enthusiasm the leader has shared and demonstrated.

Looks like Tom Peters is still doing well. Some people will never retire. He was a Reagan Admin. guy. I met him once, heis a real gentleman.
