Gerry,

Happy New Year!

My fear is that, due to the economic conditions, fraudsters will prey upon lawyers who are barely making a living. Some of these lawyers will, for a price, allow themselves to be dupes in connection with fraudulent activity. We have seen many lawyers becoming involved with real estate fraud in Ontario - and it may only get worse as work becomes scarce.
