Apology Rejected

NYT: Apology Not Accepted

Apparently: "It is hard to render a convincing apology when you are not really apologizing."

FASTFORWARD:  If you are wondering why I am tracking this on Amazing Firms Amazing Practices it is because this is what I love about my profession and the great individuals and firms that practice in it - they see that even though the practice of law has become more business-like, it is still a profession and the great lawyers care a lot more about that than they do about the money.  Those lawyers and firms are truly heroes and well under-appreciated.

Thanks to Ron Friedman of Prism Legal Consulting for bringing this to my attention after seeing this WSJ blog: The Times Doesn’t Accept Cully’s Apology.
