"...horrible violation of blogger ethics?"

Is The [Non] Billable blogger, Matthew Homann, in horrible violation of blogger ethics?

I say "NO" because of the full and candid disclosure (and after all, he is not an elected official spending the money of innocent victims - tax payers)
